Artist’s Statement The creations of almighty, the splendours of nature, the elegance of flowers, the fragility of flower petals, the attractiveness of human emotions and much more…… they all stir my feelings and inspire me to express it all through artwork. Lately my work is more focused on the plight of underprivileged women and children and Sufism. Silk, oils, water colours, charcoals are different mediums in which I love working depending on the effect I want to have. The sheen of silk and the way the dye flows on it have a mesmerizing effect on me. My purpose is to make people aware and preserve the beauty surrounding them.
